The discover code is the designation that the Washington Double Star Catalog (WDS) gives to the pair in addition to their Id number.
Please note that you must give only the basic discoverer code. "STF 1424" works, while "STF1424" or "STF1424 AB" or "STF 1424 AB" does not.
